This is an interim privacy notice for the OfficeArc pre-launch website. It will be expanded before live trading or before any additional personal-data collection, analytics, cookies or customer systems are introduced.

Information we receive

At present, this website does not contain a contact form or marketing tracker. If you email OfficeArc directly, we will receive the information you choose to include in that email.

How we use it

We use information sent to us to respond to your enquiry, understand interest in the OfficeArc service and, where appropriate, continue a conversation you have asked us to have.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers used to operate our email, hosting or business systems where necessary.

Retention

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or to meet applicable legal and business-record requirements.

Your rights

UK data-protection law gives individuals rights over their personal information in certain circumstances, including rights of access, correction and deletion.
