Privacy notice

Last updated: 12 October 2026

OFFICEARC LTD, company number SC903674, registered office 38 The Square, Grantown-on-Spey, United Kingdom, PH26 3HF, is the controller of the personal information described in this notice.

This notice covers the OfficeArc pre-launch website and direct enquiries. It will be reviewed before live trading or before additional personal-data collection, analytics, cookies or customer systems are introduced.

Information we receive

At present, this website does not contain a contact form or marketing tracker. If you email OfficeArc directly, we receive the information you choose to include in that email, such as your name, contact details and the contents of your enquiry.

How and why we use it

We use information sent to us to reply to your enquiry, understand interest in the OfficeArc service and continue a conversation you have asked us to have. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us and developing the service responsibly.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. Our website hosting and email routing are provided by Cloudflare. Enquiry emails are processed by Google through the OfficeArc Gmail mailbox and may also be processed by other business systems we use to manage correspondence where necessary.

Some of these providers may process personal information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data protection law requires safeguards, we rely on the adequacy arrangements or contractual safeguards those providers use.

Some photographs on the OfficeArc website are currently delivered from Pexels. When those images load, the visitor's browser may make a request to Pexels. We may replace these with self-hosted OfficeArc photography as the service develops.

Retention

We keep non-client enquiry emails for 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a client or we need to keep specific information for longer to meet a legal or business-record requirement.

Your rights

UK data-protection law gives individuals rights over their personal information in certain circumstances, including rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection.

To use any of your rights, email with the subject “Privacy request”.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
